Here at BY VANITY, our goal is to ensure that items reach our customers as quickly as possible, and we guarantee that all items will be shipped as soon as possible. To achieve this, there are a series of measures in place to ensure fast and secure shipping.
We provide a tracking code so that customers can monitor the progress of their order delivery.
Handling and Transit Time (ESTIMATED DELIVERY SCHEDULES)
All products available at BY VANITY are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad (Switzerland, Sweden, United States, and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Handling time is estimated at 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit time can take from 7 to 21 business days (Monday to Friday) for Free Shipping (economy) or;
It is important to note that these deadlines do not include holidays or scheduled service interruptions, which may delay the arrival of the order.
Products will be shipped by Correios (Brazilian Postal Service) or another carrier, and there will always be a Tracking Code that will allow the customer to track the progress of the delivery. The tracking code for tracking access will be sent to your email as soon as it is available for BY VANITY store, the tracking code may take 5 to 10 days to start showing shipping information on the Correios website.

To check the cost and delivery time, simply select the desired items and click "Add to Cart." Then, enter the ZIP code, and the system will automatically calculate the cost and delivery time.
Shipment in multiple packages:
In some cases, it is possible that the order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments, depending on the type, quantity, and weight of the items in your order. Don't worry, you will not be charged for additional packages and shipments beyond the amount shown at checkout.
